Rooms seemed unclean with outdated decor and stained carpets!!! Noise from kids running in the hallways disrupted our peace!!! Poor maintenance with inadequate water pressure and dirty pool conditions!!!

OVERALL, stay was very enjoyable!

Hard to get in and out with a car from main road.

Everything was wonderful

There were no bubbles coming out for the jucuzzi

Location worked for us, staff was very friendly.

The noise level at the hotel was terrible. Some group was having a party going between rooms, doors slamming, running and what sounded like jumping off of beds onto floor. When we notified the front desk, they took quick action, however the party moved outside and noise continued for a while.

The pool was to little not enough room for everyone.

Only the lighting and fans in the dining area...the lights were above the fans and gave an annoying "strobe light" effect when we had breakfast.

The staff were very helpful & courteous.

Access in & out - it's almost impossible to go east on 64 ( north AV) or to get out ( thru ) McDonald's to go south on 53 to attempt to go east

Everyone Was Very Friendly And Kids Really Had Fun In The Pool...

Room wasn't very clean and fridge didn't work , not enough towels even after requested more ...someone child decided to have a bowel in pool , wife was not happy and disgusted !

I like the fact that it was clean and when I had a minor problem they fix it right away.

Everything was good to me.

The hotel was very conveniently located to the people we were visiting and close to connecting highways. Very clean, efficient staff. Included breakfast was satisfactory. Ample electric outlets nicely located for CPAP devices. Very good pricing.

We are not fans of the heavy comforters which feel like mashed potatoes and are often much too heavy, temperature and weight-wise at night. We kept dialing down the heat but it remained very warm. We had breakfast 2 mornings and each morning a homeless lady came in and wandered around and helped herself to coffee then smoked cigarettes by the entrance. A little off-putting.

The staff was friendly for the most part. When we needed something it was given to us.

When we got there the pool was not available. That was the reason I brought my children there. I was quoted one price and charged something else when I got there. Housekeeping asked if I wanted service I told them yes and never got it.

Most of the staff doesn't speak english. Towels and sheets were rough. During our 4 night stay the hotel had construction people ripping off wallpaper, tearing up carpet, painting, using glue and hammering on all 3 floors. So much dust it set off the fire alarm, only accessible stairs were at the far end of hotel, had to dodge workers and equipment to get to them, they had to move equipment to let me continue down the stairs past the 2nd floor to the exit while the alarm was blaring! Had this been a real fire I could have died.

Room was a good size (very clean). Comfortable temperature. Bed was so soft and fluffy, we could've laid in it all day! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh and yummy - especially the waffles.

No pillows are ever good enough, unless they're your own. Thats the only gripe and it really wasn't a big deal.
